Education is the foundation for a lifetime of opportunity. As one of the largest college recruiters in the country, Enterprise values strong institutions of higher education. We reach out to student organizations, recruiting offices, and college administrators to build strong relationships and to further our goals.
Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School

Cardinal Ritter is a special school with a record of success. The students at Cardinal Ritter are primarily African-American, and most come from inner-city homes. The school's goal is to make sure that every graduating senior advances to college. Enterprise actively works with the school by providing internships to three students over a five-year period. Enterprise works closely with these interns to give them diverse experiences that will prepare them for a career when they graduate from college.
Harris-Stowe State University
Harris-Stowe is thoroughly committed to meeting the needs of a student population that is diverse in age, culture, ethnicity and experiential background. Enterprise works with HSSU so that we can continue to attract and retain a strong, diverse work force. Our relationship with Harris-Stowe allows the company to interact with both students and community leaders in an attempt to reach both our hiring goals and our goal of maintaining and building strong relationships with key leaders.
Ranken Technical College

Ranken Technical College provides the comprehensive education and training necessary to prepare students for employment and advancement in a variety of technical fields. The school has been providing a quality education since 1907. Many Ranken graduates have become successful Enterprise employees. The company continues to work closely with Ranken to recruit employees from its recent graduates. Ranken also provides training to Enterprise employees from around the country every year.
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is a public university dedicated to the communication, expansion and integration of knowledge through excellent undergraduate, graduate and professional degree programs. SIUE has a current enrollment of 13,000 students and more than 70,000 alumni. Many SIUE graduates are employed at Enterprise, and the company continues to get more involved with the university by working with student organizations.
Saint Louis University

Saint Louis University seeks excellence in the fulfillment of its corporate purposes of teaching, research and community service. SLU is a Jesuit, Catholic university located in the midtown neighborhood in the city of St. Louis and is responsible for much of the revitalization that has occurred in that area. The university is an Enterprise customer, and many SLU graduates have become successful Enterprise employees.
University of Missouri - St. Louis

The University of Missouri - St. Louis educates traditional and nontraditional students in undergraduate, graduate and professional programs so that they may provide leadership. UMSL is the largest state university in the region and the third-largest in Missouri. The current enrollment is approximately 16,000. Students represent every county in the St. Louis area, as well as 47 states and 108 countries. Enterprise hires more graduates from UMSL than from any other university in St. Louis.
Washington University Enterprise Rent-A-Car Scholars Program

In 2001, the Taylor family created the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Scholars Program with a $25 million gift to Washington University. Each year approximately 30 students are selected based on criteria, including financial need, academic merit, leadership, and commitment to community service. Ten percent of the scholarships are awarded to St. Louis students. Enterprise employees interact with these students through volunteer projects, baseball outings, and dinners with university faculty.
Webster University

Webster University is a private, nonprofit university that offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs in many fields. The university's main campus is located in Webster Groves, and a second location recently opened in Downtown St. Louis. Webster has over 100 campuses around the world and reaches over 22,000 students per year. Currently, the university enrolls approximately 22,000 students worldwide. Our relationship with Webster University helps the company recruit employees for both internships and technical positions in I.T.
